 Clieb was born in Tuguegarao, Cagayan, Philippines, and took her fashion schooling, training, and apprentice in Manila.  

 

"My designs are a composite of my arts in applying aesthetics in clothing construction. I am influenced by culture and different trends that are tuned over time and place. 

 

' As a Fashion designer, I  work in a variety of different ways when creating pieces and accessories such as rings, bracelets, necklaces, and earrings by emphasizing the time required to put a garment out in the market. I am responsible for creating looks for individual garments, involving shape, color, fabric, and trimming.
